If you have forgotten your password you can get your password sent to your email address that you provided when you registered your Anne Geddes Account.
3. I’ve forgotten my email address. How can I retrieve it?
If you can’t remember which email address you used when you created your account, start by making a list of all your addresses (including old ones that you might have used when you signed up). Then, enter each address, one by one, into the Forgot Your Password form. Most will give you an error, until you enter the one that you actually used, in which case you’ll see a message indicating that your username has been sent.
4. I received my password e-mail reminder from Anne Geddes and still can’t login in. What should I do?
Ensure you are using exactly what you provided for your password, remember passwords are case sensitive. Also sometimes if you cut and paste from your email to the login form extra spaces may be added which will cause your password to fail.
5. What is your contact information?
If you still can’t login you may write us for help. Be sure to give us as much information as you can about your account and the problems you’re experiencing.

PASSWORD TIPS
Create a good (strong) password:
Choose a password you’ll remember, and should be memorable for you so that you don’t need to write it down.
Avoid using a complete word from a dictionary (English or otherwise).
Use at least 6 characters, the more characters the harder it is to guess.
Anne Geddes passwords are case-sensitive
Use a combination of capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and standard symbols (! @ # $ % ^ & *).
Don’t use personal information that someone could easily figure out.
Avoid the obvious, for example repeating a digit or letter (‘111111’ or ‘AAAAAA’)
Think creative, pick a favorite phrase, lyric for your password for example: ‘I love Anne Geddes’ can be made into’ (1L0V3@G!) ‘I love to shop for shoes in the spring’ (Il2s4sitS) ‘My Pet’s name is Lulu’ (myP3tsNiLulu)
Memorize your password
If you must write down your new password because you are afraid to forget it, then:
Never write your username and your password on the same piece of paper. Do not place a written copy of your password on the side of your monitor, under your keyboard, etc. Destroy the written copy as soon as you have memorized your password. Do not allow anyone to look over your shoulder while you are entering your password. Change your password often. Change your password immediately if it has been compromised.

When I click on a wallpaper resolution, for example 1024×768, nothing happens. Why is this?
A full screen wallpaper should pop up. If nothing happens, first check if you have a popup-killer for advertisements installed. Try switching it off.
Your wallpapers save as (.BMP) files instead of (.JPG), why is that?
This happens when Internet Explorers cache is full. Please open Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options and hit the ‘Delete Files’ button.
How can I put wallpaper on my desktop background?
Right click on the full-screen picture and select ‘set as background’.
